New Hampshire Gas Prices Stay Below $2 A Gallon For Over A Month

Via Flickr CC

New Hampshire gas prices have been below two dollars a gallon for more than a month.

According to GasBuddy.com, the average price of a gallon of gas in the state stood at $1.80 as of Sunday.

A month ago the average price was $1.98 a gallon.

Analysts say the continued drops in gas prices are due in part to lower winter demand for gas, an oversupply in the global oil market and anticipation that Iranian oil will enter the market as sanctions are lifted.

New Hampshire gas prices are slightly higher than the national average of $1.79 a gallon.
