As NHPR rounds the corner on its 40th anniversary, it’s worthwhile to note the profound impact that our sustainers and individual donations have in supporting this station, providing NHPR listeners with the best news coverage possible.
In June, after a successful on-air fund drive, NHPR participated in NH Gives Day. Hosted by the NH Center for Nonprofits, NH Gives is the state's largest day-of-giving - bringing together hundreds of nonprofits and tens of thousands of donors to raise as much money and awareness as possible for the causes served by NH's nonprofit sector.
Some 88 donors contributed to NHPR during NH Gives Day. Those donors saw their gifts matched dollar-for-dollar by a group of NHPR Leadership Circle members. In total, NHPR raised $14,690! Thank you to everyone who contributed to NHPR during this special day of giving.
