Affordable Housing Hard To Come By In Seattle

Seattle holds a title it doesn’t want: the 10th most expensive major city in America for renters. That’s one reason why people recently slept overnight to be first in line to apply for the chance of a new low-income apartment. Liz Jones from Here & Now contributor KUOW reports.
