A USA Today investigation has revealed major problems in the systems used to screen teachers across the country, enabling teachers with histories of misconduct and abuse to move from school district to school district and state to state. Steve Reilly, an investigative reporter and data specialist at USA Today, speaks with Here & Now’s Robin Young about his investigation.
