President Obama's Final Push To Close Guantanamo

Trying to fulfill a campaign promise he made eight years ago, President Obama is working on a plan he will send to Congress to close the U.S. detention facility in Cuba.

Molly O’Toole has been writing about this for the digital publication Defense One and joins Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti with details.
