Whose Troops Are Those In Georgia?

The trouble is not over between Russia and Georgia. Although the Russians claim a cease-fire is in place, Russian military vehicles and troops are still very active in Georgia. Ivan Watson reports from the ground in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.
