President Bush and first lady Laura Bush played host to Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip, at a white-tie state dinner. Among Monday night's guests were diplomats, businessmen, members of Congress and media. Dana Milbank of The Washington Post tells Rebecca Roberts how things went.
