Puppini Sisters Take a 1940s Approach to the '70s

The Puppini Sisters have a new CD out called Betcha Bottom Dollar. Marcella Puppini talks about some of the music on the British group's album, including its version of one of the biggest disco hits of the 1970s: "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.

Puppini says she and her two bandmates sing in close harmony, with a "really rich, crunchy sound that is typical of the 1940s," in the style of groups like The Andrews Sisters.
