Time Warner to Pay $300 Million on Revenue Charges

Time Warner, Inc. has agreed to pay $300 million to settle charges that it inflated revenues at AOL to make its books look better.

Time Warner announced last December that it would pay $210 million to settle criminal charges. There was no admission of wrongdoing in the settlement. The company also faces more than 40 shareholder lawsuits. NPR's Jack Speer reports.
