Abbas, Sharon Plan Cease-Fire Announcement

After four years of violence, Israeli and Palestinian leaders will announce a formal cease-fire on Tuesday, according to officials from both camps. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has concluded two days of separate meetings with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
