Louisville Eyes Business Boost in Merger with County

Next month, Louisville, Ky., will catapult from its mid-sized city ranking to become the nation's 16th most populous city. City officials hope to see an increase in business when Louisville merges with its surrounding county. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
