Justices to Hear Affirmative Action, Gay Rights Cases

The Supreme Court agrees to re-examine two of its own rulings. The high court says it will re-examine whether race can be a factor in university admissions. It also agrees to decide a case that asks whether it is unconstitutional for states to punish homosexual couples for having consensual sex. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
