A Look Inside NHPR's March 'Fun' Drive

Yesterday, the NHPR team put the finishing touches on setting up Pledge Central,  the location where about twenty volunteers and a handful of staff will sit and answer your calls and log your donations throughout the March Fund Drive. NHPR's fundraising success would not be possible without the two hundred volunteers who donate their time to assist in our year-long effort.

In addition to raising support for Granite Staters' beloved-and only-statewide public radio service, food is the other drive-time highlight around the station.

New Hampshire Public Radio has teamed up with Highland Community Broadcasting to make classical music more readily available to the Granite State and beyond.

This collaboration allows an expansion of services in the Capital Region and enables both organizations to take advantage of new technologies now available on HD Radio and online.

The top speller will represent N.H. at the Scripps National Spelling Bee

NHPR and the New Hampshire Union Leader are proud to sponsor The 59th Annual New Hampshire State Spelling Bee scheduled for  March 3, in Concord.   The best spellers from around the Granite State will gather to compete.

The top speller will go on to represent New Hampshire at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, DC.
