NHPR DrawingsWhen you make a pledge during NHPR's Fall Member Drive you may also be entered to win one of our Member Drive Drawings! The earlier you make your gift, the better, because you'll be entered into every remaining drawing when you make your gift. Learn about the drawings below. Rules and Regulations No purchase or online entry necessary to be entered in drawings. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (including the District ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Drawing Entities (defined as New Hampshire Public Radio, its service providers, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of these drawings and their advertising & promotion agencies & each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, and representatives and any other erson/entity associated with the drawings, and their immediate families & members of their same households) are ineligible. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing throughout New Hampshire Public Radio’s 2009 Fall Membership Campaign and no later than November 13, 2009. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the NHPR and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone. If potential winner cannot be reached after 5 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is transferable. GENERAL: By participating in NHPR Drawings, participants agree that New Hampshire Public Radio, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the drawing. Prize must be taken in the time noted in award letters to be sent to recipients. Prizes are transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the prize indicates acceptance of all the contingencies inherent to the prize offered, including the date and time period specified (if any). Winner agrees to abide by all contingencies and components of the prize or forfeit the prize. New Hampshire Public Radio may use winner's name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning any prize are the winner's responsibility. Winners will receive an IRS form 1099 with the above stated value at year-end.
