Signed by President Bush fifteen years ago this week, the Americans with Disabilities Act barred discrimination, pushed businesses to create access to stadiums, offices and restaurants and raised awareness for the over fifty million disabled in America. We?ll look at the events that led up to the signing of the ADA, the progress that?s been made over the last fifteen years and challenges that still lay ahead.
