If you ask a random person on the street what they know about the U.S. Constitution, they might say something about freedom of speech or the right to bear arms. But for many Americans, after Amendments 1 and 2, the Constitution becomes a bit more foreign. Today on "The Exchange", we're taking a Constitution test and asking why we know so little about what's contained in our country's most important document. Laura's guests are Buzz Scherr, professor at Franklin Pierce Law Center and Howard Zibel, general counsel to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and Judicial Branch, and judge for a competition on the constitution called "We the People".
