A report on the state's health care system says current trends are creating a potentially destructive situation. The authors, a group called the Citizens Roundtable, highlight two factors – a decline in employer-based insurance and rising health care costs. They warn that left unchecked, these trends could lead to a loss of the providers who treat people across the state.
