This year several bills are set to be presented to the New Hampshire Legislature that reexamine the way the courts look at parenting and custody. One bill looks to do away with the word "custody" with the phrase "parental rights and responsibility" while another gives all parents who divorce the "presumption" of shared parenting responsibilities.
