Computer Technology Limits Tower Impact

Planners in Keene have used computer technology to identify 70 sites they say would be seriously defaced by the addition of a cell tower. The program also recommends sites where a tower would be acceptable. But some residents worry the program will result in a greater number of towers while simultaneously limiting all kinds of development in the hills around Keene.
