New Hampshire's department of Health and Human Services Commissioner John Stephen has embarked on an ambitious initiative: restructuring the state's Medicaid system. The commissioner has said the step is necessary as the state's population ages and as New Hampshire begins to see less Medicaid money from the federal government. However, many health care advocates worry that talk of changes means a reduction in services. Today, the first comprehensive report that looks at some of the possible changes made to Medicaid is being released. We'll talk with the author of that report Cindy Mann. She is a research professor at Georgetown University's Health Policy Institute. Other guests are TBA.
