With summer cooking well underway, we'll talk to Barbara Lauterbach about her "White Salad Trilogy." It's a collection of cookbooks in which she explores those age old favorites: chicken, potato and pasta salad. Barbara is a food writer and teaches cooking. She lives in Center Harbor.
