What to do about DWI

By Mike Arnold on Friday, April 16, 2004.

How do we keep people from drinking and driving? And how do we prevent people who drive drunk from doing it again? Some say the answer is more prison time. Others say the best solution is treatment. We'll talk with a group of experts about DWI sentencing in New Hampshire. Mike's guests are Judge Edwin Kelly, administrative judge for the district courts, Peter Thomson, coordinator of the New Hampshire Highway Safety Agency, and Bob Kelly, director of the Amethsyt Foundation. We'll also hear from a representative from MADD.
