By Laura Knoy on Tuesday, July 1, 2003.

Governor Benson scored a major victory on Monday. House lawmakers upheld his veto of the state budget...by just four votes. Find out what happens now as a temporary budget has been agreed upon that lasts until September. Laura's guests are Gary Rayno, State House Bureau Chief for the Union Leader, and John Milne, Political Reporter for NHPR. We'll also hear from Chris Reid, legal counsel for Governor Benson, Gene Chandler, Speaker of the House, and Marjorie Smith, Democrat from Durham.
