Lawyer and Democrat Katrina Swett is expected to announce soon that she’ll challenge Republican Representative Charlie Bass for the 2nd District U.S. House seat. Many Democratic Party members both at the state and national level are crossing their fingers, hoping Swett will run. But what about the Democrat who’s already announced his candidacy?
