Karen Von Damm is a scientist at the University of New Hampshire. She's just back form a month long journey to the Pacific Ocean, where she went a mile and a half undersea. She studies underwater volcanoes and vents where gases filter into the ocean water. She'll talk about her work and real life in a tiny submarine.
