Senate Takes Up Death Penalty

The death penalty is on trial in Concord. A bill to abolish capital punishment passed the House last month. Tuesday the Senate Judiciary Committee took over two and a half hours of testimony.

New Hampshire Public Radio’s Dan Gorenstein reports.
