According to the New Hampshire Office of Economic Stimulus the state will receive- at a minimum- half a billion dollars in federal stimulus money.

The aid is intended to create jobs, support government services and help some of the state’s neediest residents.

Yesterday, officials hosted an informational meeting for businesses, non-profits, school districts and municipalities about ways to take advantage of the new money.
