Regulators Ask Fairpoint For Plan to Reduce Customer Complaints

New Hampshire regulators have scheduled a hearing for Fairpoint on Friday.

The Public Utilities Commission wants to hear why so many customers are complaining about the company’s service.

And they want to hear what Fairpoint plans to do to bring those numbers down.
