New Hampshire’s Budget Blues

Governor Lynch has unveiled the second of three rounds of cuts in state spending, totaling $50 million in all. Health and Human Services took the biggest hit, but reductions small and large will be felt, from the university system to little known entities like the podiatry board. We’ll dig into the details and look ahead to even larger cuts in the new year.
