Over his long career, Shumway led groundbreaking initiatives that revolutionized policies and attitudes toward those with disabilities. We’ll talk with him about his efforts…and how this field has dramatically changed over the past quarter-century.
- Donald Shumway, CEO of Crotched Mountain, a charitable organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities and their families. Prior to that he served as Commissioner of the NH Department of Health and Human Services, was co-director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation initiative “Self-Determination for Persons with Developmental Disabilities†and Director of the New Hampshire Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services.
