Cellist Kristen Miller

By Liz Bulkley on Monday, December 4, 2006.

Cellist Kristen Miller has taken it upon herself to re-define her instrument. She wants it to be associated with more genres than just traditional Classical music. Her work is a mix of heavily-layered compositions of folk, rock and world music, and it's often accompanied by her spoken poetry. She'll join us for a conversation and in-studio performance.
