New England Foods

By Trish Anderton on Monday, July 23, 2001.

It's a culinary tour through New England with host Trish Anderton and her guest Judith Jones. While Boston has its baked beans, Maine its lobster, and Vermont its cheese, New Hampshire is missing a signature dish. But don't worry, with your help, we'll make one up. We'll also talk about the history and tradition of New England cooking. Judith Jones just re-released her book "The Book of NEW New England Cookery" with over 900 recipes.
