Republican State Representative Jim Coburn is challenging incumbent Democrat John Lynch for the Governor's seat in November. Coburn has been in the news a lot lately with efforts to solve the education funding crisis, including a proposed constitutional amendment to ban broad-based taxes. We'll sit down with Rep.
