The New Hampshire Supreme Court, in a decision handed down recently, has given the legislature until next July to come up with a legally valid definition of an "adequate education" or face a short list of options, including having the court appoint somebody to define it for them. We'll look at what this strongly worded decision means for the state and its longstanding fight over the best way to fund education.
