Unconcealed Guns Can Unsettle, But They're Often Legal

Charlottesville, Va., has been buzzing this past week. On January 27, a man walked into a supermarket with a loaded rifle. The cops were called, but no charges were filed, because Virginia allows you to carry an unconcealed weapon nearly anywhere.
