Rockingham Park will close at the end of the summer.
According to the Union Leader, park officials say games, shows and simulcasts will continue through August 31st.
After that, nearly 200 employees will likely be laid off and furniture, equipment and other assets will go up for auction.
The park ended its live horse racing six years ago.
Advocates for a New Hampshire casino often discussed Rockingham Park as a likely site, but the legislature repeatedly rejected expanded gambling bills.
The site has been up for sale since March; about 50 acres are being developed for a mixed-use project.
