Democrat Kennedy Says He Brings a "Fresh Perspective" To Governor's Race
Bill Kennedy of Danbury is one of three Democratic candidates on the primary ballot for New Hampshire governor. He’s a business owner who served 29 years in the US Air Force. This is his first run for statewide office.
Kennedy talks with All Things Considered host Brady Carlson about what his priorities would be in the state's two year budget, his positions on taxes, expanded gambling and education funding, and why he's calling for more "joy" for state workers - including his call for "karaoke Fridays."
