Off to the Races

Although tomorrow’s not a big day at the ballot box, there are still important races in New Hampshire, including Manchester’s mayoral contest, a tax cap question in Laconia and a city council race that will determine the next mayor of Portsmouth. Today on The Exchange we’ll examine those races and look at what to expect as the critical two-thousand-six races begin to take shape.
