New Hampshire Transportation Commissioner Carol Murray joins us to talk about the new strategy to transform transportation in the state by collaborating more closely with towns and looking more broadly at design impacts. We'll also talk about a number of projects including EZ Pass, I-93, and the more immediate concern of rebuilding roads and bridges in washed out parts of southwestern New Hampshire.
