Since President Bush first proposed Health Savings Accounts in 2003, the idea appears to be growing in popularity. These accounts, in which people set aside money tax-free, are used for medical expenses. Supporters of the plan say these personal accounts make people more aware of their health care costs and encourages them to shop around. But opponents say Health Savings Accounts don't work for the most sick or vulnerable. We'll look at what these accounts are, and ask what people like and don't like about them. Laura is joined by Charlie Arlinghaus, president of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy and Dr. Steve Gorin, Professor of Social Work at Plymouth State University.
