Mental health providers say many people who witnessed Hurricanes Katrina and Rita are experiencing symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder. Liz's guest is Louis Josephson, the new CEO of Riverbend Community Mental Health. He moved to the state recently from New York City, where he was the Assistant Commissioner for Child and Adolescent Services after the September eleventh terrorist attacks.
