The Music Hall in Portsmouth is holding the Telluride by the Sea celebration this weekend. The event has the feel of the early days of the film festival in Telluride, Colorado but takes place on a smaller scale, and involves a more indepth look at the films themselves. We'll talk with Bill Pence, the co-founder and director of Telluride who's helped bring new cinema to the Seacoast.
