Boomerangers (REBROADCAST)
By Laura Knoy on Tuesday, August 30, 2005.
Call them twixters, kidults, or boomerangers- they are a new generation of twentysomethings caught in a transitional phase between adolescence and adulthood, floating for a few years, putting off the heavy threat of adult responsibility and oftentimes, moving back home. Laura's guest is Tom Sedoric, Senior Vice-President of Investment for A.G. Edwards and Sons, a financial consulting firm with offices nationwide. She's also joined by Dr. Jeffrey Arnett, Research Associate Professor for the Department of Human Development at the University of Maryland. He is also the Editor of the Journal of Adolescent Research, author of several books on adolescence and emerging adulthood and Chair of the Special Interest Group on Emerging Adulthood. *This show originally aired on 2/9/05* |

Today there is no job security today. Layoffs has become a wave of life today. Finding a job today is difficult get these days.
The Food Stamps, Cash Assistance Enrollments are down in New Hampshire and hunger in New Hampshire needs to be focuse on in this State. Congress much make food stamps, cash assistance a longterm solution to end hunger and poverty in this Country. The News Media needs to focuse on the hunger and poverty and unemployment-and-underemployment especially those with disabilities is the heardest hit when it comes to economic downturn in the economy and people with disabilities are the very first to be let go when it comes to when companies layoff it's employmee are those with disabilities is the first to go/
We need to brake the cycle of poverty in hunger in this State. If Congress and the US Senators and the Governors can resqualed the Naval Ship Yard to put them back to work why can't they resqued those who reminds jobless put them back to work it's fair for one and fair for all.
