Portsmouth Shipyard to Stay Open

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard survived another close call today. The Pentagon wanted to close it, but this morning a federal commission decided against that. This isn't the first time the shipyard has survived in the face of closure. We'll talk with Former Shipyard Commander Peter Bowman about why Portsmouth keeps dodging the bullet. Bowman served on the base closure commission in 1993.
