Rich Holzer is a photographer, and now videographer, living in Andover. His first production, "New England, By the Dolphin's Eye" offers a tour of the images and landscapes of New England. He's followed that up with "First Light," a two-part series about Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod. All three will be shown on New Hampshire Public Television, beginning July 7.
