A new book offers a sweeping history of the U.S. Supreme Court ? its triumphs and failures, its internal workings, the personalities that have shaped it.and the high court?s political, social, and cultural impact on our country. Laura is joined by Christopher Tomlins, editor of "The United States Supreme Court: the Pursuit of Justice". Mr. Tomlins is also senior research fellow at the American Bar Foundation in Chicago.
