The First Amendment. It covers free speech, and press, the right to assemble and petition the government. It?s been used to defend wars, to deny rights to protect speech. We?ll talk about what we know and don?t know about the first amendment. Laura's guest are John Hutson, Dean at Franklin Pierce Law Center and former Judge Advocate General for the Navy and Mark Timney, Assistant Professor of Journalism at Keene State College.
