This week, the New Hampshire House approved a bill that would require independent voters who choose a party affiliation on primary day to keep that affiliation for about three months. John Walters discusses the bill with Jack Pratt, a Democrat from Walpole, and William O'Brien, a Republican from Mont Vernon.
