The Physics of Flute Making

Flute maker Chris McKenna says his most challenging commission came from Germany when he was asked to make a crystal flute. Chris learned how to blow glass in order to fulfill the unusual job. Host John Walters talks with Chris McKenna about the blend of mechanical and artistic skills required to become a master flute maker, whether he's making a silver flute, a gold flute, a lead flute, or a paper flute.
