Under a New Hampshire Senate plan, the state pays only for items it puts in the basket. Right now, that includes things directly related to instruction like teachers, computers and books. But it leaves out other items such as school administration and building costs. We'll find out more about this new
approach. Laura talks with State Senator Edward Gordon, lead sponsor of the
bill from Bristol and other guests TBA.
